This document contains the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the mobile application WC Finder, developed and provided by 102 Development (“Service Provider”). The Application is ad-supported and provided “AS IS.”

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

  • Device Information: Data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. See the Firebase Privacy Policy for more information.

  • Usage Data (WC Finder): searches performed, screens viewed, session duration

  • Location Data (WC Finder only): approximate GPS location used only on your device to show nearby restrooms (no location data is transmitted to our servers)

  • Advertising Data: Ad identifiers via Google Mobile Ads SDK

  • Analytics Data: event and usage analytics via Firebase Analytics

  • Crash Reports: error and crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics

  • Support Data: your email address if you contact us

2. Subscription

WC Finder offers an optional monthly ad-removal subscription (€0.99).

  • Payment Processing: handled by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing

  • Stored Data: we store only your subscription status and expiration date

  • No Payment Details: we do not receive or store your payment information

  • Manage or Cancel: via your App Store/ Google Play Store account settings

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, maintain and improve the Application

  • Analyze usage trends and optimize features

  • Display relevant, personalized ads (This data is only collected if opted in)

  • Diagnose and fix crashes and errors

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with these external services (each with its own policy):

  • Google Mobile Ads

  • Firebase Realtime Database

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share:

  • Anonymized or aggregated data with analytics and ad-network partners (Google Ads)

  • Data when required by law (e.g., legal requests, fraud prevention)

6. Opt-Out & Data Deletion

  • Uninstall the app to stop all data collection

  • Opt out of ad personalization in your device settings

  • To request deletion of your data, contact contact@102dev.com; we comply within 30 days unless retention is legally required

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary. Upon a valid deletion request, data will be removed promptly.

8. Children’s Privacy

Not intended for users under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using WC Finder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. License & Use

The Application is licensed, not sold. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sublicense it. All intellectual property remains with 102 Development. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

3. Third-Party Services

Use of the Application may involve third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

  • Google Mobile Ads

  • Firebase Realtime Database

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

4. Subscription

Ad-removal subscription is billed through Apple or Google Play. Management and cancellation occur via your App Store account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

102 Development is not liable for:

  • Connectivity issues or mobile data charges

  • Device compatibility problems

  • Inaccuracies or unavailability of third-party content/services

  • Temporary or permanent malfunctions, bugs, or errors in the Application (including subscription handling, payment processing, or ad-removal features)

The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Users acknowledge that software may contain errors, and use of the Application is at their own risk.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends immediately; local data may be deleted per the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 102 Development is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
